We all have wounds, whether it is from childhood (more generally this current life / incarnation), from past lives or even ancestral wounds that we have inherited from our parents.
These wounds are stored in our energy field (= our aura) and also in our subconscious mind. Most of the time we're not aware that they're creating hindrances and making us feel like we're running in a hamster wheel.
These are so embedded within us that we can sometimes lack clarity and we can't spot them. But of course, every wound can be healed!

5 signs of unresolved and unhealed past wounds affecting your business
Past wounds usually create blocks in our business and in our life, so here, I'll be giving 5 examples of signs that something is unresolved:
Money blocks: you're not sure how much to charge, you feel uncomfortable closing sales, you have inconsistent income, you feel awkward when you receive money, a gift or even a compliment
Client blocks: you experience feelings of loneliness in your life, you have a fear of betrayal (whether it is betraying yourself, betraying your clients by fear of not delivering...), fear of being judged, inconsistent flow of clients, impostor syndrome...
“Savior” complex: you want to help SO BAD that you take more responsibility than it is your role to take, you burden yourself with unnecessary weight on your shoulders
Fear of failure: you have this paralysing fear of failing, being persecuted and that you will never be able to reach your dreams, you genuinely believe others can do it, but not you or if you do, you have to struggle
Fear of success: you have associated success with “temporary”, with “having to maintain the level”, with “super busy all the time”, maybe you were taught that "life is hard" or "you can't get what you want in life"
These are simply a perception based on non-truths and you know what? The good news is that you CAN totally reprogram your mind and release these from your energy field so they don't "haunt" you anymore.
How wonderful would it be if you could spend your day taking actions that bring results instead of second-guessing yourself or having this non-stop conversation in your mind "will this work? what if? IDK WTF I'm doing, why is it not working" etc. And I can help you with that!

8 tips to heal past wounds
Journalling is your best friend: when you sense a block, a "mood swing", change in your thoughts or a wave of emotions, I suggest to write out everything that's on your mind and pour your heart into it, not censoring yourself. Journalling help you declutter your mind, get things out of your system and also get more in touch with your real self, you can connect with your higher self and gain insight and shifts things faster.
Take care of your inner child: reconnecting with sensations from your childhood can help you shift your perception of a situation. When a specific memory or situation comes up, ask your inner child / yourself what you would have needed at that moment (support, validation, a hug...) and give yourself this comfort and validation. What you feel is valid. Then ask yourself "is this still true now?"
Practice self-care and self-love, be gentle with yourself, make sure to take some time to be with yourself, exercise, eat healthy, meditate... this will help your nervous system heal too and create new habits.

regarding client blocks, try to get to the bottom of it and once again, journal about eventual fears.
